Earth Ministry

To inspire and mobilize the Christian Community to play a leadership role in building a just and sustainable future

Our Mission

To inspire and mobilize the Christian community to play a leadership role in building a just and sustainable future.

We achieve our mission through:

Greening congregational worship, education, land use, buildings and energy consumption
Offering educational events and publications
Supporting a network of over 150 congregational activists in the Puget Sound region
Hosting hands-on restoration events and field trips
Promoting simpler living and sustainable agriculture
Organizing advocacy on key policy issues in partnership with other environmental and faith-based organizations
While rooted in the Christian faith, many of our members come from diverse spiritual traditions. Our programs and resources are available to all.
